It could be because there was a similar camera in the Lomoshop that I decided to buy a Seagull Camera from that rag-and-bone shop on Dongtai Lu in Shanghai, and at 300 yuan, which adds up to about 60 Singapore dollars I guess it could still be considered quite a steal. However to deny the influence of a sudden impulse to whip out some cash and purchase the camera on the spot would be to give myself far too much credit in being sensible. Most of my non-food purchases are on impulse after all; I rarely
need.

I'm chuffed to bits that something actually turned out on the camera at all. Clearly there are things to work on when it comes to figuring out this manual exposure function; the focussing slightly more easy after that. I don't think one needs to be particularly talented to use this camera, but some experience with shutter speeds and aperture settings do come in handy, I think.
